I'm here.. but not really.

I havn't forgotten about this blog here. Major stress and life issues are taking place and I'm pretty much in "shut down mode". I've been eating my way through the stress. Some days, I'm over the moon and back on points and the other days.. I barely reach point goal. What are some suggestions for getting through the stress... the sleep deprivation... and the just plain "not into it" feeling?
