Confessions..
I hate dieting, I hate exercising, I hate sitting down to a fried chicken, stuffing, mashed potato, corn on the cob meal and thinking.."now don't over do it", or "you should really only take about half of those potato's". I'm not good at weight loss...I'm good at cooking all the not so good for you meals.
I like salad..with ham, shredded cheese, boiled egg whites, and maybe a few shredded carrot's. But darn it! I'm not about to eat it every day or even every other day. The contents of my salads aren't the best..I refuse to eat tomato (snot rings), cucumbers-ick!, and any type or kind of olive reminds me of beer.
I love a good greasy pepperoni with extra cheese pizza, and not just one or two pieces..I like to eat it until I feel I'm about to explode.
Yougurt..is OK..but seriously..how many types are actually out there that are good for you and can satisfy? ..yogurt makes my mouth feel dry.
I'm sitting at the lunch table with friends... I'm having a tuna salad sandwich, with celery sticks .. They are having a cheeseburger with the works, fries, cheesecake.. the next friend is having an over-sized piece of lasagna with garlic bread and chocolate cake...and don't forget the next friend with the huge submarine..what is wrong with this picture? I'm fat and they're skinny..bitches!

I'm with Lorie, find some recipes. I have what I call my "core" recipes (even though I don't do WW core) that we really, really love. Makes it seem as if we're not "dieting" and can do this for life. I have subbed to all the blogs Lorie mentions, and have got great recipes from each.
Also, you should look at Hungry Girl. She makes lower cal versions of some of our favorites. I don't buy cookbooks, but I bought hers. http://www.hungrygirl.com/
Yes, the whole things sucks, but so does being overweight. And just think, soon you will be one of those skinny bitches!!!

Oh my God, I can totally relate. I hate it too. I hate all of it. I hate that I got up to 267 lbs in the first place. Sigh... Thanks for sharing.
