Black Bean Brownies...

When I watched the video on u-tube of a lady making these.. i thought OH MY...there is no way!

You take a regular brownie mix and one can of black beans...thats it!

Puree the black beans so that no bean shells remain, then pour the black beans into a brownie mix. Mix well.. and bake as usual.

The results.. A really good tasting brownie! No trace what so ever of the black beans. The brownies are more cakey and chewy. Depending on what brownie mix and black beans you use the point value for a 2x2 brownie is a 2 or 3??? And I imagine if you made it with a low fat brownie mix, it would make it even better point wise. You don't add the water, oil or eggs...only the black beans. A lot healthier.
