The sniffles are just about gone, but the sore throat is lingering. I'm feeling much better.
A few new things to report... I've started ....dieting. Yes, you've read that correctly. I'm doing the weight watchers plan. It isn't hard, I seem to be eating more now then I ate before I started dieting. I won't tell my weight...believe me it is not in the least bit flattering. (but I have dropped down 15 pounds in about 4 weeks so far) I'm working on a better meal plan. I really don't eat many fruits and veggies and I need to incorporate those. And so far, I've been doing pretty good about working out at the gym at work. I don't have a set schedule or time limit to workout.. I just work out as time permits. Which is about 3 days a week for an hour each day. I don't think thats to bad starting out. Especially since I'm a "trying to quit" smoker.
A lot of the girls in the office are "dieting" so I'm getting a lot of advice and workout buddies. Its definatley not a cake walk having a desk job and trying to loose weight. I'm surely getting my daily intake of fiber though. Fiber One chewy granola bars...Yummy! The peanut butter and the chocolate ones are really good and is pretty much my go to for a snack. And Kashi instant oatmeal... the honey/cinnamin flavor is best so far, and both are healthy and only 2 points each!
